Write a java program to help students calculate their average. Your program should ask the user to enter his/her name and three grades.

Grade1 and grade2 have a coefficient of 25% each, grade3 has a coefficient of 50%

Your program should then calculate the average based on the following formula:

Average = grade1 * 0.25 + grade2 * 0.25 +grade3 * 0.5
