3) And identify potential gaps in the literature that your survey results will speak to. The survey that you are required to design (but not administer) must assess one of eight different target audiences (as per below) general knowledge and understanding of what aUniversity of Saskatchewan's Revenue and Cost Allocation system, such as TABBS is. For example

1) Does your target audience understand what Revenue and Cost Allocation is

2) Does your target audience understand what TABBS is

3) Its purpose (i.e., desired/intended)

4) How it operates (i.e., actual and perceived))

5) Do they see themselves as having a role to play in the delivery of TABBS (and if so why or why not and what)

6) Its strengths and/or weaknesses, and

7) Whether they believe that it is fair (and why or why not). The eight different U of S target groups (from which you must choose only one) are as follows:

1) Executive Management (e.g., President, Provost, Vice-Provosts, and VicePresidents) - one group

2) Senate, Board of Governors, and Dean's Councils - one group

3) College Senior Management Teams (Deans, Associate Deans, Finance Officers - one group
