Write a MATLAB function called

$[$p$,$crossings$]=$ BuffonStandardPi$($width$,$length,throws$)$

where p $=$ the estimate of $\backslash$pi $,$ crossings $=$ the number of needles that cross a plank; width $=$ the width of the floorboards; length $=$ the length

of the needles; throws $=$ the number of needles thrown. This is the standard version of $$Buffon$$s needle$.$
