Use the following 3 steps:

Step #1 - Do some research on Styles!

• What kinds of communication styles are there?
• Examples include:
  • Assertive communication style
  • Aggressive communication style
  • Passive communication style
  • Passive-aggressive communication style
  • Manipulative communication style
• Which style do you connect with most and why?

Step #2 - Do some research on the Person!

• Who is the famous person you admire?
• Is it an actor, author, Prime Minister, President, Public Figure?
• Does this person use the "style" you mentioned in step #1?
• What specifically does he or she do that you admire?
• What are 3 to 4 examples?

Step #3 - Future Action Plans

• Now that you've done your research on styles and described the person you admire, what next?
• What you have learned from this person?
• What inspires / motivates you about this person?
• What do you consider to be the greatest achievement of this person you admire?
• What can / will you emulate - how?
