You will implement the standard deviation function and not call an already implemented library routine function.
c) Prints the calculated standards deviation value using a function that calls the standard deviation function. If the standard deviation is more than 10, then it also prints "High Standard Deviation," and otherwise, it prints "Reasonable Standard Deviation."
