(Write) a program in bash that does the following:

a) Generates 23 random numbers between -17 and +81.

b) Calculates the standard deviation of the numbers generated as follows: First, it calculates the average of the generated numbers. It then adds the squares of the differences of each generated number with the calculated average in the previous step. It divides the value calculated in the previous step by the number of numbers generated. Then it takes the square root of the value calculated in the previous step. This value is the standard deviation. In bash, you can use sqrt($number) to calculate the square root of a number. You will implement the standard deviation function and not call an already implemented library routine function.

c) Prints the calculated standards deviation value using a function that calls the standard deviation function. If the standard deviation is more than 10, then it also prints "High Standard Deviation," and otherwise, it prints "Reasonable Standard Deviation."
