Write a program in Matlab which takes a .BMP image and performs 8x8 DCT transform on it. Then try the following operations:

a. Leave only the DC values. Delete all AC values.

b. Leave the DC value and 5 AC values (in the zig-zag order) in each block.

c. Quantize the DCT coefficients using the standard JPEG quantization table

After each of the above operations, perform inverse DCT transform and compute the difference (PSNR value) between original and reconstructed images (after inverse DCT transform). In all three cases, provide the reconstructed image
