Write a program that generates a random postal code.

$$ The format of postal codes in Canada is: A$1$B $2$C$3,$ where A$,$ B$,$ C could be any

uppercase letter from A$-$Z and $1,2,3$ is any digit from $0-9.$ There is also a space in the

middle.
