Write a program that prompts the user for some amount of money as a decimal value, such as $12.53. The program then reads in the users response and displays a message telling the user how much money they have in dollars and cents. For example, if the user input the value 12.53, the program would display the message You have 12 dollars and 53 cents.

You do not need to use a main method, nor validate user input.
