ListB contains all student ids who have been vaccinated with Moderna. ListC contains all student ids who have been vaccinated with AstraZeneca The function should return a list of student ids who have not been fully vaccinated (which their ids did not appear three times in all the three lists) Note: the student id might appear multiple times (up to 3 times) in any given list. Also the student id might appear up to 3 times across the different lists if a student has been vaccinated with different vaccines.
