Write a Python program that contains the following functionality. Python string methods and library functions that work with strings are off-limits for this lab. Make sure you include at least three cases.

1. Write a Python function that takes in two parameters: a string consisting of one character, and a string that represents a word. Have the function return how many times that character appears in the string. Be sure to test with a zero (character doesn't appear) case.
