This could be a business that you have worked at, or that you have engaged with in the past.

You should write your report from the position of a senior member of staff (management / senior management).

Your work should have a clear review of current literature, and interpret and apply the literature to impact your chosen leadership topic and demonstrate critical knowledge of leadership practice.

Your work should be fully supported by relevant academic sources and the report will need to be referenced appropriately using the Harvard system.
