For example, as a public health program manager, I can use the IF function to evaluate the effectiveness of a health promotion campaign based on the responses from the survey. Let's say F$9$ represents participation satisfaction rating on a scale from $1$ to $10$ if the satisfaction rating $($F$9)$ is $8$ or higher then return "Satisfied"$-$otherwise return "Not Satisfied."
