At the first service station, the arrival ratio follows a Poisson distribution with a mean of 18 customers per hour, that is, 1 customer every 3.33333 minutes exponentially, and the service time follows an exponential distribution with a mean of 4 minutes per person. . At the second station, the service time is evenly distributed between 4 and 6 minutes. After being served at the second station, the customer leaves. It is desired to determine the average time that each type of client remains in the system, when simulating the operation of 9 hours of work in a working day in this system.
