Write a web page to help add and remove contacts. Use fake names and contact information, maybe your favorite celebrities.

Write a Multi-Page Web App w/DB that does the following:

- Contains class to save name, phone number, address and note

- Displays a page to 'List Contacts'

- Displays a page to 'Add Contact'

- Displays a page to 'Delete Contact'

- Can connect to a Database

Make sure all code works and is without errors.
