Narrow your focus and vetting sources. Intersectionality for "society" is too broad, but narrowing it down to something like the business world in the United States would be good. And be wary of sources that are from a blog with a corporate interest.
Thesis Statement: "Intersectionality is a vital framework for understanding and addressing the complex and interconnected systems of oppression, as it recognizes the overlapping identities and experiences of marginalized individuals and fosters inclusive social change."
