Narrow your focus and vetting sources. Intersectionality for "society" is too broad, but narrowing it down to something like the business world in the United States would be good. And be wary of sources that are from a blog with a corporate interest.

This article furthers our knowledge of diversity management by applying an intersectionality lens. It shows how diversity networks are important to the company because ithelps to inform and support the employee with similar social identities. As explained in my thesis, this article shows how diversity has helped mitigate inequality in the company.
