Write an Email Assignment

Facts: You are aware that the Human Resources (HR) director for a national company is going to be in Texas A&M on September 25 to be a panelist at a conference sponsored by A&M Commerce. The HR director works for a company that greatly interests you as a future employer. You know it could be a long shot, but you decide to contact the HR director via email to see if she would be willing to meet with you for a short time for an informational meeting when she is in Texas. You are convinced that if you could land this meeting with her, you could succeed in getting an internship or position with the company.
