Write an executive memo to the CEO of Conagra discussing a problem of your choice involving its recent changes in internal structure (the integration of many diverse silos into one unified company and culture) or external orientation (movement from processing of ingredients to the manufacture and marketing of branded consumer products). For instance, you could tackle specific issues in the unification of diverse company cultures, or specific challenges in transforming from a processing company to a consumer and market-oriented branded products business. As this paper is more conceptual and less technical than the first option, it should probably be a bit longer (hence the additional page recommendation).
