Write and expand the paper in which topic is Self-awareness in diversity inclusion of a Project Team

The main objective of this project is to show how a PM coming from an underdeveloped world to fit into a more civilized country will cope with and adopt self-awareness diversity working organization culture. It will help teams to understand and manage themselves and understand the difference in others; because of my experience in the labor market in Nigeria, self-awareness is not valued or exploited in teams. And as a PM that is transitioning into the new culture, it is imperative that a project team be aware of its diversity to create an inclusive environment. By being aware of the team's diversity, team members can be more understanding and accepting of others. Additionally, it can help any team PM work to identify potential conflict areas and address them more effectively. Finally, the benefit of diversity in inclusion for PM in a project team is the potential for greater self-awareness. Previous research has shown that individuals who interact with people from diverse backgrounds are more likely to develop a better understanding of themselves. It is because they are exposed to different perspectives and worldviews, which can challenge their assumptions and beliefs. This can lead to a more accurate self-assessment and a greater awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses. This is especially beneficial in a project team setting, where accurate self-awareness is essential for effective teamwork.
