Jayden Berkshire 1 day ago Discussion Board I took the "test your knowledge test" and I found it to be very intresting. I think the number one thing I would recommend to older adults to do in order to delay the decline in areas mentioned in the test, would be to pratice and pratice repeating things so they don't lose that muscle memory. Older adults take a little bit longer to learn things than someone who is younger, which is not a bad thing. A perfect example of this is an older adult trying to learn how to use a new smart phone, they are going to take way longer than a teenager learning to use the same exact phone. Reply
