WRITE IN JAVA PLEASE!

Take a file named athlete.txt.

Each athlete contains the following data items: Name(String), Birth Year(int-4 digits), 40 Meter Dash Time (double)

The program should read athlete.txt, and should create a athlete.ser file from the text file, athlete.txt.

Copy both the athlete.txt and athlete.ser file to the project folder, not the source folder

The program should read the athlete.ser serialized file and output the data on to the Console in the format shown below.

The spacing for the output is: Title(20), Year (8) and Runtime (10.2) Title and Year are left-justified, Runtime is right-justified.

Title Year Runtime aaaaaaaaaaa aaaa a.aa xxxxxxxx xxxx x.xx yyyyyyy yyyy y.yy

DO NOT JUST OUTPUT athlete.txt file using System.out.println().

Thank you!
