What is your opinion about your program's daily schedule, routines, and transitions? Please explain why you find them to be satisfactory or whether you think there might be room for improvement.
2. Describe professionally and objectively which of the transitions and routines are most challenging to you and other staff members. Include the name of the routine and transition, a description of the usual activity (e.g., the children line up at the door until everyone is ready to go outside, or the children arrive two at a time to go to the toilet and wash up before lunch, the children gather for the group on the carpet in the book center) and the children's behavior.
3. In your opinion what would make the transition or routine smoother or more manageable in your workplace? If you think they are already manageable and work smoothly for both the children and the staff, support you answer with specific examples.
