1. The Applicant is a citizen of Mordor and of no other country.

2. The Applicant came here on a student visa.

3. After her arrival, she was diagnosed with schizophrenia.

4. Due to a schizophrenic crisis, she did not renew her study permit on time or correctly file a Restoration of Status application. She was issued an exclusion order for overstay.

5. The Applicant still wishes to continue her studies.

6. The Applicant has close community connections and support here in Canada.

7. Removal from Canada would likely lead to decompensation of her schizophrenia.

8. In Mordor, there are very little to no medical resources for persons with schizophrenia. People with schizophrenia are also openly discriminated against, even by members of the medical profession.
