Calculate your financial break-even point. BEP= Fixed Costs/ (unit price variable unit costs) Identify possible sources for investment capital if required (friends, family, banks, USSBA, etc.). Explain how you will use financial information to help you craft your business strategy. My business is a sports bar/restaurant. It has food, drinks, bowling, outdoor volleyball court and softball diamond for bar leauges.

This is my business strategy;

BUSINESS STRATEGY - Our business strategy at Sports Bar's main focus is to provide the best customer

service with the best quality. We want our customers to be blown away from the atmosphere that we are trying to present. Our cooks will be well trained and must pass quality tests while making the food. The worst thing to have is a great game and bad food. Our waiters and waitresses must show excitement and excellent customer service 24/7. Our customers are our number one priority at Sports Bar. We will have special deals on primetime game nights. Our goal is to bring people in, and by that we must offer special deals on food and also on bowling. The volleyball court and the bar league softball will help promote our name. This will work by players brining in friends and family to watch them play. The more people we bring in, the better chance we have at being successful.
