Write the letter or notice of payment taking into account that it must be written within 30 days of issuing the invoice you already wrote and addressing it to the same customer of the invoice

1. There are invoices that have the possibility that the merchandise is sent to another destination and customer must complete it in the format (this is in your commercial invoice).

2. Place the payment terms, or payment and delivery.

3. Make sure that the product or products on your invoice are subject to taxes and make sure the details of the calculations, subtotal and total.

*It does not have to be something with real numbers they can put in the quantity (*) since the objective of the work is to make a letter to the client either by writing the letter or payment notice.
