Write three bullet points why you agree with this post: Physiological, survival, safety, security, social needs, ego and esteem are some of the most relatable theories from Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. Maslow's theories are relatable in my personal life and somewhat in my work life. Maslow's first 3 needs on the pyramid I feel basic needs for me and my personal life. I have a husband and kids and always have the need for security, not only financial but also for their safety, emotional and physical. I lost my job during the pandemic and decided to go back to school to continue my education in accounting, also to feel more confidence in myself to find a better job. I really enjoyed the Dan Pink video and the SCRAF video. I related more to the SCRAF Model by David Rock because I worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Remembering what a customer enjoys, preferences, allergies and likes and dislikes are pivotal in the hospitality industry. I enjoyed the relationships that I was able to build over the years. Unfortunately, there was no growth provided and I felt like I was stagnant. My top motivators are Maslow's Hierarchy theory
