Write up a summary describing the prcedure and come up with some insights on how to improve the experimental results. This expirement repeated the same process three seperate times on each rod. The process began by measuring the rods initial length and temperature using the tools provided as well as making sure it was plugged into the measuring device and the device was zeroed. We them turned on the steam bath and began to heat the individual rods. Once the rods maintain a certain temperature both the temperature and the change in length were recoreded. Once all data was recorded divide change in L by Li * Change in T to get the expiremental thermal expansion coefficient. We had such high percent error on aluminum because we forgot to zero the measuring device before it was heated up not allowing us to accuratly measure the distance changed
