Write up an assessment record for one of the children/young people in a learning environment. The record must be set out clearly showing: -

a)  Your assessment of the learner's development

b)  How the learner can participate in leaning activities

c)  What progress you have recorded so far

a. feedback to the teacher on the learning activities

b. feedback to the learner on their own progress
