*Write your follow up email to your interviewer in the space below* Good afternoon Regina Phalange.... *One week passes since your interview and you are excited to see that you received a response to your follow up email, AND an offer letter! But....unfortunately, you are not thrilled with what they offered you. You decide to reach out to the recruiter and set up an in person meeting to discuss the offer. After doing your research, you have found that they offered you a salary that is about 10% below the fair market rate for that position (please note: this number is going to be different for every person in the class depending on which specific position they are choosing to apply for.) They also said they wouldn't be paying for your health insurance, so you would have to be paying everything out of pocket. Vacation and sick days aren't that great either (4 days per year each) and to top it all off, you would have to pay to relocate to Florida.*
