It is based upon the movie, Gideon's Trumpet, which is based upon the actual case of Gideon v Wainwright. It is available on youtube. Please make a written analysis of the case, either through the movie or read the case itself. As you will see it is about the right to counsel. Is there a difference between quality of presentation, the presence of a lawyer and the lack of due process. In looking at the case in the USSC please list and explain the fallacies that you see from the lawyer for Gideon.... the Justices and the lawyer for Florida. Please give a brief analysis and explanation of each fallacy which you see and hear.
