$-$a place for persons from the public to be able to create$/$modify$/$delete their own account on the web site $($e$.$g$.,$ not unlike Amazon's, Google's, etc. web sites$)$

$-$a place for persons from the public to be able to purchase an item

$-$X as the owner needs to be able to create$/$modify$/$delete user account information on the web site

$-$X as the owner needs to be able to create$/$modify$/$delete products on the web site

$-$X as the owner needs to be able to see all users' purchase details on the web site $($e$.$g$.,$ to fulfill their orders$)$

When creating the use case diagram, ensure you determine the following:

$-$the relevant actors' roles and give them names

$-$the actions each actor needs to perform and give each a short name indicative of their role

$-$associations between the various actors and roles

$-$if dependencies should be labelled then do so $--$otherwise don't label them

Above all keep the diagram simple.
