Xenu is a manufacturing company founded in 1990 in Monterrey dedicated to the transformation of aluminum ingots into molds for the automotive industry. Mounting requests orders daily through the Xenusale sales system, receiving the product at the same frequency, while logistics sends weekly mailings to the supplier to ensure the ingots are delivered biweekly. Every Monday programming has a meeting with the heads of the productive areas in the room to fine-tune the plan and make any adjustments if necessary.

A month they work two shifts with crews of 4 people for 20 days. The shift lasts 8 hours with 30 minutes of food and 15 minutes of rest. Each month there are two scheduled shutdowns on all equipment of 45 min each.

The forming process has a monthly average of 28 hours of micro-stops and also changes design 21 times a month from the RT45 mold to the RT67 mold.

The finishing process has a monthly average of 35 hours of micro-stops and they make 23 tooling changes from product 35B to 48C. A monthly production of 6600 pieces was declared.
