6. Conduct one on one interviews with the applicants.
7. Meet with applicants and proceed with interviews to understand them better and see if they are good for the position.
8. After evaluating all the applicants, decide which one is fit for the position and send him/her a job offer.
9. If the candidate accepts the job offer then begin with preparing the required documents.
10. If the employee needs to be shifted to a different location then, accordingly make payments.
11. The new employee needs to be familiar with how the bakery works so time needs to be allocated for training (example - tour of the bakery, made aware of resources available, his/her responsibilities
