XYZ Company Recruitment System (Android application) HRMS department will maintain entire recruitment service and provide services for job vacancies. This project allows company to post job vacancies with respect to the subject on which they are looking for job seekers need to log in to their account with given login and password and check job vacancies. Job seekers can submit applications for jobs; check their job application status from their account. The system should be capable enough to sort out eligible candidates, scheduling interviews and keeping records of applicants, and facilitating correspondence with applicants.
