XYZ Hub for Community Services.

Background to the Project:

Organization XYZ wants to build a community hub building in Mississauga, ON. The idea of the hub is to provide One Stop Shop concept for clients where different services will be provided. The building will host 15 not for profit agencies providing different services. The building to be a first green hub for not for profit organizations in GTA. The total project budget is $10M. The building has to be ready by June 2025.
