XYZ University charges a technology fee to all students. The students taking online and hybrid courses are offered the same tools that students who take courses in a regular classroom are offered, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other technology, to do their work. There is a limited number of students who take only face-to-face classes who are challenging the technology fee.
