You are expected to carry out research on the south asian automotive industry and in particular, an automobile company operating in Pakistan.(with citation and references)

1) Using the appropriate tools,(PEST and the five forces model) carry out an external environmental analysis of your the automobile industry in your chosen region with focus on a particular automobile manufacturer of your choice and discuss the major changes that have occurred. The major external opportunities and major external threats should be identified from the external environmental audit.

2) Analyse the internal environment of your preferred automobile manufacturer through a value chain analysis

3) Propose strategies (using the TOWS matrix) for the future direction of your chosen automobile manufacturer by taking into account the opportunities/threats/ strengths/weakness identified above.

4)Make your recommendations on the implementation of your chosen strategies proposed in the TOWS matrix. Your recommendations should thoroughly discuss and evaluate the implications and consequences resulting from the recommended strategies.
