You and three classmates agree to form a study group for this course. The group is a partnership governed by RUPA but has no partnership agreement, written or oral, with respect to the matters below.

1. If there is disagreement as to whether to give a non-study group member student the outline for free, how is the disagreement resolved?

2. All of the members of the study group except you want to expand by purchasing the right to sell outlines for other courses prepared by other study groups. Can the partnership for the partnership to do without your approval?

3. De Silva wants to join the study group and everyone is in favor of her doing so except you. Can De Silva be admitted against your wishes?
