You are a group of consultants named ABC Consultancy. The consulting group has been provided an investigative document (developed as part of Assignment-2) and asked to provide a report for the Chief People and Culture Manager. This report provides a detail of the current program highlighting issues (Recommendations form part of Assignment-3). Building upon research and investigation conducted in Assignment 1 (select from any one of the proposals amongst your group), the Training Program Analysis will be a comprehensive document to establish the program scope of the existing program, objectives, relevant professional/academic literature, secondary sources, methodology, deliverables, timelines, budget.
