ITEM (3a) The victim, Mo Palahniuk is Parker's neighbour. Earlier today Parker broke the window of Mo's shed by throwing a brick through it. Mo was watching from the upstairs window and saw Parker try his back door and then pick up a brick and throw it through the shed window. Mo then opened the window and yelled at Parker and Parker ran away. Parker has been arrested for criminal damage. We have him bang to rights with a reliable witness who will give evidence in court.
