You are a level 200 UGBS206 student who has recently seen numerous banks and financial institutions run into different challenges. Challenges that has made some of them go into liquidation with takeovers all over the country. Examine the processes for the acquisition of licence by Banks and other financial institutions in Ghana establishing the role of the regulator in this industry. In your opinion, do we still need a regulator if the banks are collapsing anyway
