You are a manager of a small company and you are looking for two new members of your sales team. You have done some pre-selection and ended up with four viable candidates. You have decided to choose among them based on their experience, education and references. You managed to get almost all the data to be able to evaluate each of the candidate with respect to these criteria on a 1-10 point scale (benefit-type), some values are, however, still missing.

As you need to decide now, you have provided this information to three experts that you trust the most to assess and order the candidates and to provide a suggestion whom to hire. Below you can find a summary of their decision processes (you know that each of them used a different aggregation/evaluation method), all available final evaluations are provided on the same 1-10 point scale. The first two evaluators are insisting on calculating the evaluations and as such they are reluctant to provide final evaluations for the candidates for which you are missing some values. Given these results, suggest which candidate to hire andjustify your decision. List all the assumptions you have made (if any) and identify possible risks associated with your choice.
