You are a newly hired project manager for a Canadian based non-profit organization that has been providing medical kits and technical training services to remote poor aboriginal communities in northern Canada. The Executive Director now wants to expand coverage in Canada and begin to expand overseas (in the Executive Director's own words, "the third world").
