You have been approached by Zenik Medical to help them with the following issue: Zenik Medical just launched a pain killer dug they claimed could cure any form of body pain. They were so excited and sure of their new drug, they advertised its potency in the newspapers with a promise to refund twice the price money of the drug to any customer who fails to be relieved of his or her pains after a full course of administering the new drug (i.e. using it). Mrs McDonald and some other customers claimed they used the pain killer drug as prescribed by Zenik Medical and are still not relieved of their pains. Zenik Medical is claiming their advertisement did not constitute a contract.
