He says he is very busy at work and can't afford to be sick. His symptoms are not consistent with strep and he doesn't meet the criteria for a having a rapid strep test performed. (His score was zero, meaning his risk of having strep is 1-2.5%). However, he is very insistent and says he has the money to pay for it and really wants you to do this for him. He really thinks he should have an antibiotics as he is going out of town that evening.
