  3. Create a custom calendar called 'Meeting plan' and enter your availability. Because you have other duties on which you need to continue working, you can only devote 2 hours a day to this project Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  4. You are on vacation June 26-30, 2023, so you need to set an exception titled Vacation.
  5. Assign the Meeting plan calendar to your project.
