The owner has selected your firm through an RFP process based on your experience and qualifications (not low fees) to design the new building, providing full services throughout. You are the IDP facilitator and have been asked to prepare an agenda for the first consultant meeting. Develop a time-based agenda for the first facilitated meeting. Indicate whom you would invite to attend this first IDP meeting. Prepare a comprehensive list of all the team participants and describe their roles in the project.
