Leave can be booked six months in advance. Staff can go on to the internal HR intranet site and enter two vacation periods and for each vacation period they can entre 3 choices of dates. Human resources will confirm vacation dates within 2 weeks of submission. If staff want to book vacation further in advance than 6 months they need to email the HR Office directly with the request.
