You are attempting to help rescue adults and children, some of them frantically screaming from various floors for help from the smoke and flames, when it appears that shots are being fired from an undetermined location. It also cannot be determined whether the shots are directed at one or more of the residents or at emergency services personnel. What would be your reaction?
