You are an HR manager and you're presenting an overview of the law that HR managers must be familiar with in order to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently, protecting the rights of the employee, as well as the employer. You are presenting to small group of new interns who are studying HR Management in college and who are working at the firm for the summer. Your objective is to familiarize these interns with some of the most important laws and samples of cases related to those laws.
