You are an upper-level administrator for the Spurs Sports and Entertainment. Spurs Sports and Entertainment owns and operates the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), San Antonio Rampage (AHL), the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo,and Austin Toros (NBA Development League) and also manages the day-to-day operations of the AT&T Center. Since Spurs Sports and Entertainment employs over 300 people from all walks of life, the organization wants to make sure that nobody is subject to either sexual harassment or hostile work environment harassment in the workplace.

The organization is aware of a rash of lawsuits that have been filed over the past few years involving workplace harassment. In wake of what transpired within the Miami Dolphins organization involving Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin, you have been asked by the president of Spurs Sports and Entertainment to help create a policy to prevent sexual harassment and hostile work environment issues from occurring in the workplace.

Directions: Review the chapter 7 slides concerning workplace harassment and the materials in the "resources" folder for 'Harassment. I have attached several of the materials that should be particularly helpful. After reviewing the materials, which should help, discuss what your policy might look like. In other words, what are the central elements of the policy? Please discuss the following (your answer should be more than 200 words for each question; a total of 600+ words):

1. What would go into your policy to prevent issues from occurring?
2. If someone does feel like they are being harassed, how will they be able to report the harassment without fear of retribution?
3. What training(s) will you have available to help with educating your employees?
